All-New, fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, very good place restaurants, excellent beach, and a lovely balcony. Resort Fee = 35 USD per day. 15.00 USD Greeter Fee Once. 35.00 USD Registration Fee Once. This is a one-time payment entirely. Parking meter around the premise or Valet parking: 40USD + tax per day. Please take note of the following things: * Check-in time 4 pm to 10 pm. * Check-out is from 8 to 10 am. * No pets are allowed in the unit. * The check-in process is done online and a refundable damage deposit will be required. You can also choose a non-refundable damage waiver. This will be refunded after check-out if no damage claim is made. It is a new room fully equipped, with all the comforts. Ideal for couples who want to relax, and be close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We provide an extra inflatable mattress for 3rd guest and a crib if requested.
