This stylish gated, modern home is centrally located—minutes from NRG, Toyata Center, Minute Maid Park, Medical Center, Downtown and Museum District. Perfect for getaways & staycations. The beautifully decorated smart home includes WIFI, OUTSIDE SECURITY CAMERAS, SMART LOCKS, SURROUND SOUND, BBQ GRIL, SMART TVs and FIREPLACE. Relax on the large covered patio with BBQ GRILL, TV and Furniture that overlooks beautifully landscaped yard perfect for a relaxing stay—washer and Dryer on premises. We have everything you need for a getaway. The property is gated. Access granted by a privacy gate code and remote. The front door has a key pad entry. Walk into this open floor plan home and be Wowed! as it very spacious. Features two living areas and a dinning area. The living room features a 75 inch TV, FIreplace and Alexa Echo Dot. Two living spaces - one can be used for a workspace. USB adaptors outlets and cords available for guests. Fast WIFI. A full kitchen with major appliances. Other appliances include a Coffe/Tea maker, Air Fryer, 4 slice toaster and microwave. The kitchen is stocked with drinks, coffee and tea pods, snacks and continental breakfast selections so help yourself. Walk out to a large covered patio to watch your favorite show or game. There is plenty of patio funrniture for lounging and laughing with family and friends. There is also a private BBQ grill for your use. The back yard is a gem - green lush grass and pavers!
