Company information

We live and work in Kas all year round. Omer is originally from Kalkan and Hilary moved to Kas in 2013. Kas is a very beautiful place and in the summer months, we enjoy swimming in the crystal clear waters. In the cooler months, Omer enjoys fishing and cycling. We will be on call 24/7 during your stay in case you need any assistance.

Property information

Villa Manuel is a spacious and light 4 bedroom villa on the lagoon side of the Kas peninsula on Turkey’s Turquoise Coast. There is a private infinity pool and a sun terrace with outside dining area and loungers. Laze by the pool enjoying the sunshine during the day and in the evening enjoy a cool drink or BBQ meal whilst the sunsets over the sea. The main living area of the villa with lounge, kitchen, and dining area is on the entrance level of the villa. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your self-catering needs. There is sufficient seating in the dining and lounge areas for up to 8 people. Patio doors from the living area lead directly to the sun terrace. To the rear of this level, you will find two bedrooms, a double with ensuite bathroom and a twin bedroom. When you take the stairs up to the first floor you will find a further two double bedrooms. Both the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and balconies with sea views. Villa Manuel has air conditioning throughout and wireless internet. There is a parking area to the rear of the villa.

Neighbourhood information

Kas has an international mix of tourists with Turkish making up approximately 60%. This ensures that Kas retains the essence of a traditional small Turkish town. There is no mass market tourism so most visitors are independent travelers. There are several supermarkets in Kas for grocery supplies, a good fruit & veg grocers stocked with seasonal produce, several bakeries, and fishmongers. Friday there is a vibrant market with locally produced fruit, vegetables, cheeses, olive oil, etc. There are several historical areas in Kas with Lycian tombs scattered throughout the town and the ancient amphitheatre. The centre of the town around the square and the old harbour has lovely narrow streets perfect for strolling and looking around the boutiques. There are plenty of cafes and tea gardens and the restaurants offer a wide range and high standard of cuisine which makes it very difficult to have a “favourite”.
