The property is nice and clean, very comfortable and with all modern conditions. The host was helpful and ready to offer extra assistance. The location of the flat is central and very safe. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. We had absolutely nothing to complain about. Would highly recommend for a pleasant short or long stay city break.

Lovely modern apartment, which was super clean and with amazing views over the Bosphorus. The location is wonderful, great for using public transport to navigate Istanbul and see all the famous tourist sights but set in a quiet little haven away from the madness. Great place to relax after a busy day sightseeing. Selim is a very good host, only a call away (just downstairs) if you need help with anything.

The rooms were spacious , tidy, and very clean upon arrival, exactly as advertised. The sofa beds were a massive help in addition to the 2 double beds already provided, and the kitchen was likewise stocked with all necessary utensils. The landlord was extremely helpful, even providing us with a microwave upon request. He also provided a sheet offering advice on the best grocery and take out services in istanbul, in addition to other useful information, including a taxi service straight to the airport, which can be booked in advance. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the time we stayed here.

We stayed in Taxim flat, it is clean and well maintained and only a few minutes walk from Taxim Square. There are many eateries nearby the square. Taksim Metro station and the popular Istiqlal Street are just a walking distance from the flat. It's very convenient, I wish we were there during the spring or fall season. Summer this year is hot and humid in Istanbul.
