The hotel is in a great location with easy access to two train stops, yet still quiet and away from the main streets. The amenities were complete, room service always reliable and bed super comfortable. Breakfast buffet (with freshly made menemen on request) The highlight of this hotel is their hotel staff. All were very friendly, giving me local recommendations and helping me my luggage. One day I had a tour pickup at 6am and wouldn’t be able to make the regular breakfast time, so they prepared food to bring on the road. When I was returning from the airport at midnight and didn’t have dinner, I messaged to ask if they could leave a fruit, and they went above and beyond to order takeout from a nearby restaurant to be delivered in preparation for my arrival. When I wasn’t feeling well to go down for breakfast, they brought breakfast to my room. Service was truly wonderful! I interacted the most with Gökalp and all his colleagues were wonderful.
