Hi! I am Deniz(30) from Istanbul. I have been renting unique places in old town Fatih for the people who love discovering cities like a local since 2019.

Property information

It is a 250 meter square triplex(and a cellar) old greek building with heigh ceiling, has a street level entrance and is located in Balat where is in UNESCO’s World Heritage List. It has been recently renovated respecting the old architectural wood design of the structure and decorated with neat work and taste. Transportation is extremely easy to anywhere. Tram and ferry stations are in 1 min. walking distance. Tram line lies along beautiful Golden Horn shore with an amazing Istanbul view.

Neighbourhood information

Balat, the oldest neighborhood in Istanbul which has been hosting different folks through the history. You will be surrounded by many iconic buildings such as Eyup Sultan Mosque, Bulgarian Sveti Stefan Iron Church, Atik Ali Pasa Mosque, Tekfur Palace or Greek Virgin Mary Orthodox Church from Byzantium Era. Eyup Sultan Mosque is in 10 minutes distance by walking. Golden Horn is 50 meters, Galata Tower 1500 meters, Taksim Square 1500 meters far away from the place by foot. Blue Mosque(Sultanahmet Mosque), Hagia Sophia Mosque, Grand Bazaar and Spice Bazaar etc. is 10-15 minutes by car or tram. T5 Railway station is 3 minutes by walking and located near Golden Horn shore. This line can take you everywhere you need in Istanbul in 15 minutes such as Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar etc. You can quickly transfer from this station to TF2 sky tram line or M7 metro line. Also Ayvansaray Ferry station is located near the shore. You can use it to visit asian side of Istanbul or take a tour along Bosphorus. Google Maps or Citymapper applications may assist you with transferring between lines.
