Located on a quiet, charming, cobbled street in the historical Ortaköy neighborhood, this is your perfect home in Istanbul. Our 55 square meter, 1 bedroom and 1 living room apartment has a modern design and all the things you need for a comfortable stay in the city. Our apartment is in a brand new, purpose built building that combines traditional local themes with modern tastes. Each of the eight units features a balance of Eastern opulence and Western minimalism, resulting in a uniquely Turkish space. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, cooker, kettle, full-size refrigerator and all the essential utensils / Washing machine /Climate control in the lounge and bedroom / Full-HD smart TV with cable / sofa bed in the lounge / free Wifi / Free parking space upon request / 24/7 concierge service.

Neighbourhood information

We are only a short walk away from the heart of the neighborhood and close to the iconic Bosphorus Bridge. Just 8 minutes walk from the apartment are restaurants, street markets, art studios, antique shops, cafes, bars and nightclubs. There is also the beautiful Ortaköy Mosque, right by the sea. Bosphorus ship tours and ferry services regularly depart from the Ortaköy pier, allowing you to experience the city from the water and access Asia by boat. Further afield, the picturesque seaside neighborhoods of Arnavutköy and Bebek are a leisurely walk up the Bosphorus, while the rest of Istanbul is just a bus or taxi ride away.
