Nice and cozy, I took the wrong room by mistake the first night - I actually liked more the originally booked smaller one since it is facing the backyard and is quiet and darker than the bigger room facing the street - just as a tip if you prefer to sleep darker and with less noise. People are very friendly, area is great. Only small thing is that the pillows were not ok for me to sleep, too hard - but this is often the case when I travel. Highly recommended place for a short vacation!

If I were able to rate it 100 I would. It was exceptional, the hotel is small but it is really beautiful and aesthetic. The staff is extremely helpful and really kind. The location is perfect as it touches the Ortaköy Sahil from where you can see the beach and the famous bridge. Overall an amazing experience.

It is a family house i met Bilhan, and briefly Yehya. They were very cheerful, welcoming and helpful the place is very clean and well maintained. You frel as if in your summer house. I arrived 22:00 and used self check in, very smooth. The room was good, clean with exceptional bug-resistant measures

We loved everything about staying here. The location is perfect in a walking street and just a few minutes walk to the Bosphorus and ferry terminal. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It was reassuring to know their help was only a phone call or sms away. We particularly liked meeting the whole family and the chats over tea or coffee. The provision of an Istanbul card for all public transport was a lovely gesture. Although breakfast is not supplied just opposite the front entrance is a lovely cafe which serves breakfast type products all day. The menemen in particular is very tasty. This area in Ortakoy is delightful with lots of interesting shops. Thank you dear people.

First, the family responsible for the building is amazing, always there to offer help, even if we don't ask for it; we have great communication, and they even helped us reserve a Taxi to the airport, plus they offer an Instanbul card to use. The apartment was wide, very clean, and comfortable, with an authentic Turkish design. The position of the hotel is just perfect, surrounded by a lot of facilities, a lot of Turkish restaurants, cafes and markets; it is minutes away from the currency exchange place and Turkcell/Vodafone to buy SIM carts; it is perfectly situated near the sea and all the other known places such as Taksim;
