Relax in comfort, surrounded by beautiful views, in this brand new, fully furnished 3 bedroom apartment. Conveniently located near Okbati mall, Koza Park is just a few minute walk away from cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and much more! It is perfect for families on the hunt for a place to stay in Istanbul, especially due to its beach and parks, as well as the feeling of safety in this gated community :D
The area is relatively new and is very clean and well maintained. The landscaping is beautiful. It is also very easy to find restaurants, cafes, clothing stores (in the mall), convenience stores and supermarkets. There's a mix of international chains, like Big Chefs and Pizza Hut, as well as local places, like Mado. The area is very easily walkable and is safe. You can find some people who speak English or Arabic, as it has a mix of nationalities that live or visit nearby. Taxis are abundant in this area (you can also use BiTaksi App, as Uber is banned in Istanbul) The bus stop is on the street in front of the apartment building, a few minutes walk away, making it easy to find your way around
