I will show you pictures of the "real" Hotel! What is advertised it actually is, what a scam I'm not surprised Booking is working with them.
I travel a lot this is the second time Booking is living me out to dry.
Actually I didn't been there because my second reservation for 3 persons wasn't in their e mail history they wanted much more money for our accommodation there. It was expensive for me and I suggest to my uncle's that they stay in hotel.
It was difficult to find new accomodation in Istanbul because booking.com doesn't function in Turkey. I find dorm in Nostalji hostel in Taxim for me rate of these hostel is 5, Eser hotel 7-8 it's just my assumption

The hotel is very well maintained and cleaning is done daily. The room is big enough and with a balcony was perfect for long stay. We chose the hotel because of the location ( far away from crowd and noise) and the pool. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and polite! The breakfast is also very good and enough options to choose from. We loved the small green yard with birds and dogs.
I got a delux room 312 excellent view of the town and sea it was a new refurbished room value for money and the breakfast was excellent as I was fasting and the hotel

I took the Deluxe room and it really exceeded all my expectations, the rooms are spacious and clean. Since we came on vacation, we were thrilled that the hotel has a cooperation with Mocamp beach and every day we get a card for free entry to the camp. All you need to do is be with the car and you can enjoy the charms of this beautiful city.
Very young and polite personal. Price is very good compared to other institutions. İt's the first uygulamalı Hotel (Hotels which are operated by Highschools and their students) which i could book in the internet. Optimal if you are driving through and want to stay one night before reaching Istanbul.
The location is really top of the top. The stuff in the hotel is very friendly and helpful. The room /for 3 pers./ was big and clean. There was air conditioner. The bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was good and the view from the restaurant terrace is incredible.

its really nice and cozy hotel . there is a receptionist Mr Deniz.. He is willing welcome you deeply and so coopritive ! and all stuff make you feel comfortuble ! i really like the hotel and is verey cheap
We stayed for 4 days. The room was nice and clean, the AC did a great job and thr bathroom had a nice big shower. The hotel staff was always friendly and happy to help. I would come again.
As a location, its proximity to the beach, the cleanliness of the environment, the breakfast, the smiling staff. It should definitely be among the places to be preferred.
The hotel is very close to the highway thus convenient for us to sleep there and head to Ankara the next morning. The staff was very polite. Price/ quality was ok.
