Beautifully furnished high quality apartments of either 68 or 85sqm with 2 separate bedrooms and recently renovated bathrooms. The living area features comfortable leather upholstery, traditional Thai furnishings and a flat screen smart TV. Beds and bedding are of superior quality and perfect for a good night's sleep in this peaceful location. All units have well equipped kitchens featuring an oven, microwave and four ring cooker. Relax on the rooftop terrace or take a dip in the pool and watch the sunset over Pattaya Bay.
Originally from Wales, UK I've lived in Thailand since 2005, having first visited the Kingdom as a teenager in 1990 and catching the "Bug" for the country and the Thai people. I've spent the majority of my time here working in real estate for major international firms Colliers and Savills. Over the years I've listened to clients needs and had a unique opportunity to acquire apartments in Citismart, with these desires in mind. Spacious well appointed rooms, near the Beach, Shopping Malls and the world famous Nightlife - Citismart checks all these requirements and offers so much more in space and comfort. Located on the World famous Beach Road, Soi 1 is ideally located for lazy days on the beach or the vast array of shopping and dining options in Terminal 21 or Central Marina, just minutes away. Public transport is available on both ends of the street, so you're never far away from the entertainment Pattaya has to offer. Tiffany Show and Art in Paradise, two well known tourist attractions are just a couple of minutes walk.
