This unique place has a style all its own. Newly built Apartment Lauree is in the beautiful, quiet neighbourhood, just 10 min drive to city centre, the main Train Station, the Ljubljana Castle. It has a FREE PARKING, WiFi, air conditioning, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a seating area, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine and a private bathroom. There is also a drink/breakfast bar in the same building. It has a private terrace where you can relax and enjoy the sun on warmer days. The apartment is very cosy and unique, located on the ground floor and ideal for couples' romantic getaways or families with 1-2 children. The kitchen invites you to prepare your own meals or simply start your day with a cup of freshly made tea or coffee. There is also a café and bar in the building, which offers breakfasts and where you can treat yourself to a drink. In the apartment, you will find a queen-size bed, a large dining table and free wifi. Clean bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment is ideal for both winter and summer. In the winter, you can enjoy relaxing moments by the fireplace display and in the summer you can even sunbathe on your very own private terrace! If you come by train, the central railway station is 10 minutes drive away. If you come by car, free parking is available!

In my free time I love hiking, going to the gym and eating out at local restaurants. I also love, love love animals and often spoil my kitten Bond:) Another interest of mine are real estate and interior design, as you will be able to see in this apartment. You are more then welcome to stay in this apartment and explore the beautiful city of Ljubljana! It is very important to me, that you feel at home and I am always happy to assist you :)
This stunning new apartment is located in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. Its location is ideal for those who plan to visit Ljubljana or other cities in Slovenia, as its proximity to the motorway makes it an ideal starting point for all directions of travel - the roads leading to the Slovenian coast or the ones leading to the Slovenian ski resorts and mountains. It is also ideal for those who are planning to explore the city centre, as it is only 10 minutes' drive away and, unlike most apartments located in the centre, this apartment has its own, free private parking space, also suitable for electric vehicles! There are also various shops nearby - Lidl, Hofer, Merkur, Muller, Pepco, Aleja shopping mall, etc. You can also enjoy a relaxing hike up to Šmarna gora, the most popular hill in Ljubljana, that is also nearby and treat yourself to a delicious home-cooked meal up there, as well as a beautiful view of the whole of Ljubljana.
