A Fully equipped magnificent 3 Bedroom modern house (200 sq/m) on Bokenäs with magnificent views looking out on wild animal trails, nearby forests, fields and low rolling granite dome hills. We have an abundance of wildlife: Moose, Deer, Rabbits, Foxes, Owls, Hawks & a variety of birdlife. Perfectly located to explore the fishing villages of Lysekil, Fiskebäckskil, Grundsund and the nearby West Coast archipelago. The house is newly built. We offer modern, luxurious accommodation surrounded by pristine nature. The accommodation has been specifically designed with large panoramic windows to bring nature in, allowing the natural beauty to nourish and revitalise you throughout your stay. Our rooms are decorated in alignment with Scandinavian minimalism. All rooms come with ensuite bathrooms and king-sized beds. All rooms have air conditioning for the summer months and heating is provided during the cold winter months. An indoor fire place in the living area adds a warm ambience during the colder seasons. The kitchen is fully accessorised with all that you will require, including laundry facilities.
Christina and Malcolm and their two feisty cats welcome you to their beautiful modern and luxurious home on the West Coast of Sweden. We live on the property and will avail ourselves if this is required to answer any further questions. We hope you enjoy your stay in this very special part of the world.
We are located on the beautiful West Coast Archipelago of Sweden, near the fishing villages of Fiskebackskil and Lyskil. Also close to Grundsund, Orust, and the Uddevalla Torp shopping centre. We are ideally situated to explore the Nordens ark Zoo and the coast of Bohusland. Our 60-acre property, dating back to 1670 is surrounded by forests, fields, granite dome hills and an abundance of wildlife (Moose, deer, rabbits, fox, owls, hawks and a variety of birdlife). Only 3km from the Atlantic, the area is bathed in fresh ocean air and free of excess EMF pollution. Easy access from Landvetter airport. 1 hour drive from Gothenburg. 2.5 hours from Oslo. 15 minutes from the E6 and Torp shopping centre. Local fishing villages nearby. June, July and August are the hottest months in Sweden, and typically the nearby villages are busier with tourists.
