Ima prostrani,sunčan balkon sa prostorom za sedenje,prozore sa komarnicima i roletnama sa automatskim podešavanjem.Klimatizovan savremenim split sistemom.Kuhinja je kompletno opremljena ugradnom tehnikom.Kupatilo elegantno u mermeru. Apartman je odlično pozicioniran,u neposrednoj blizini ulice Kneza Miloša,odakle se veoma brzo stize do svih najvažnijih gradskih sadržaja,do Kliničkog Centra Srbije,Hrama Svetog Save,pijace Zeleni Venac, Terazija, Trga Republike, Knez Mihailove,kao i do saobraćajnog čvorišta Mostarske petlje,odakle se izlazi na autoput E75.U neposrednoj blizini je i izlaz na reku,šetalište koje vodi do Beograda na vodi,tržnog centra Galerija i popularne Beton hale,sa brojnim restoranima i noćnim klubovima.U samoj zgradi se nalaze odlično snabdeven supermarket Idea,kafe,apoteka,supermarket organske hrane. Azura Residence apartment is located in a brand new luxury residential complex Kneza Miloša Residence, as part of which residents can access a modern bakery, cafe, pharmacy, supermarket, organic food store. Indoor swimming pool, a hydro massage bath, set of saunas, a salt room with tepedariums for relaxation, a steam room, fully equipped state-of-the-art gym is also in the complex, but it is charged additionally in the spa center. This new apartment is very spacious, bright, equipped with modern luxury furniture, elegant marble bathroom and a kitchen fully equipped with high quality built-in appliances.
