It is spacious (40 sqm and with a 5 sqm terrace), new and modern equipment with easy access to the hospital, public transport stations, supermarkets, etc. It is a fully equipped studio with: - NON-NOMINAL free private parking (you can park in front of the property for free, but depending on availability which is guaranteed in proportion of 80% and you can park in any of the free places.
