The best hotel in Bran, perfectly positioned to capture stunning views over the castle. The room was amazing, and the food was amazing. If you're coming to Bran it's the only choice, we met the owners of this family run hotel and they were really friendly and informative, one the most enjoyable stays away from home. Great location. Each of our two rooms had terrace with view of Castle Bran.
Breakfast was limited but what was provided was fresh and more than adequate/ample.

Hotel Wolf in Bran is a perfect destination both for business people and leisure guests, combining state-of-the-art facilities with classic and luxurious interior.
Everything about the Pensiunea Peștera was great , it was homey and comfortable, we had a perfect weekend with friends! Location was awesome, up the peak of the village, right beside the Bat Cave. It had bedrooms with beautiful views, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms & kitchen, big dining table inside, hot water, covered table outside where we could play games and enjoy the view during the rain and good BBQ facilities . All in all, a perfect weekend away with friends in Peștera
Perfect location! Wonderful views. Right in the middle of the two restaurants in Pestera (one SUPER vegan friendly, also a massage/yoga/spa place so expensive, and the other with an extensive traditional Romanian cuisine menu with huge portions.. and very affordable !)
Our host was sweet and kind and made my husband and I an amazing breakfast catered to our dietary requirements and hunger levels. Impeccable facilities and cleanliness.

It was mediocre at best and we definitely expected more based on the very positive reviews we saw.
Things that are good:
- comfy mattresses
- quiet rooms, protected from outside noises
- nice staff
- some facilities like sauna and jacuzzi available
- terrace and mountain view
But nothing else really stands out.
While our expectations were not for a luxurious or 5 star hotel, we are still trying to understand where is the 4 star rating coming from.
Superb views from restaurant and apartment (upgraded from double), lovely buffet breakfasts, warm and cosy style of hotel, soft beds, very helpful and friendly staff, lovely warm fire, very clean, variety of walks from the door (serious or gentle), cow bells tinkling, autumn coloured trees, the three deer that passed by and a red squirrel, superb firey sunsets and sunrises with early first snow on the tops, the quiet calm of it all .....
A little gem in the mountains of Transylvania. Spectacular view from the hotel. 15 min from Bran's castle. Very helpful owners. Good breakfast. Rooms were clean. We enjoyed the sauna with the spectacular view. For me one of the most relaxing hotels in the region.
Everything about the hotel was great. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The views were amazing! Great place to relax and unwind taking in the beautiful scenery. Would highly recommend.
