My name is Dragoș, I am Romanian and I live in Brussels. Although I'm an expat, I will always be connected with Romania and this is how this project started: my need to have a place to stay in Bucharest when visiting the family and friends. It all started with the location, Victory street always represented a big interest for me because of its perfect location and unique groove. Together with one of the best Architects in Bucharest, we created this beatiful apartment where every detail was carefuly thought of in order to create harmony, practicality and a peaceful atmosphere. Once you'll get inside the apartment, you will understand why this project is so special for me. I hope you'll enjoy your stay:)

Property information

Located in the heart of Bucharest, right next to Victory street (calea Victoriei), this designer luxury apartment enables you to enjoy the comfort of a brand new, state-of-the-art home in Bucharest. Beautifully decorated to the highest standards by a highly ranked Romanian designer, the living area with its gorgeous wooden and ceramic details in an open-plan design, feels welcoming and comfortable whilst remaining a modern space. The vibrantly colored sofa can easily be converted into a sofa bed as needed while relaxing in front of the dramatic TV setting. The space acquires multiple values, the use of each area being carefully thought out and delimited, while they are incorporated by the harmony between the colors and textures employed. Marble ceramic tiles in the kitchen and living area give a note of elegance, and the color palette combines surfaces with earthy tones, made of durable materials and very good quality, which helps creating a cozy atmosphere. The bedroom, has as its focus the hotel-standard mattress, whose superb, upholstered bedframe creates an accent wall, in contrast with the dark-toned furniture.

Neighbourhood information

You'll be right in the center of the city, but able to escape its hustle and bustle. Located just a 5- minute walk from both Victoria and Romana metro station, it will give you full access to explore what Bucharest has to offer. While in Bucharest, do not miss a walk on Victoriei Road (Ro. Calea Victoriei), conveniently located 100 m away from the property, which will lead you to discover some of the most iconic places in Bucharest (e.g. The National Museum of Art, The Romanian Athenaeum with its nice surroundings and beautiful restaurants, CEC Palace, luxury boutiques if you care for a shopping session, the Old Centre).
