Property information

Known as Quinta do Vale Covo, and acquired by the current owner in 2003, the property is located in Paradela, bordering the river Vouga, just over 4km from Sever do Vouga. In a privileged area between sea and mountain, Quinta do Vale Covo is crossed by a water line, which courses through the location and an old railway recently transformed into an Eco-trail called Vouga Valley, ending at the scenic river below. The farm is rich in indigenous vegetation and ancient native trees like chestnut, oak, cork oaks, pine and others. Fruit trees such as orange, lemon, blueberry and vineyards are also abundant. Transformed into Local Accommodation, the property “Encosta dos Túneis” Tourism & Leisure is a magical place to relax with maximum comfort, to enjoy nature in its purest form and a hideaway from everyday life. We have accommodation to suit all tastes, including a large recreational area with visits to vineyards, orange and blueberry fields, contact with farm animals such as chickens, rabbits, peacocks, horses and trout. An eco-trail runs along the property, where you can take a leisurely walk or bike ride to later return to the cozy rooms or take a dive in the pristine infinity pool.
