The home is located in the private Encosta da Orada complex truly on top of Paradise west of the Old Town Albufeira, the very best what the Algarve has to offer with Tennis court, beautiful gardens, two large pools and sun areas. Utilities, Aircon, Cable TV and Hi Speed WiFi services are included. Albufeira old town, local beaches, super marke The apartment offers a large and tastefully furnished open Living and Dining space, including 55" 8K -Smart TV, Sound Bar and patio doors leading to the spacious fully furnished balcony. The fully equipped kitchen, including integrated dishwasher and washing machine, breakfast bar/Work station and patio doors leading to the balcony. The bedroom offers a comfortable King size bed, large build in wardrobe and patio doors leading to the balcony. The bathroom comprises of a large walk in shower, sink unit, toilet and bidet. The home includes Aircon in all main rooms, bedding, towels, Cable-TV and High Speed Wifi services, beach towels, beach umbrellas and when required baby cot and chair. The location within the estate provides peace and privacy with access to the very well maintained communal gardens, large pool area with plenty of sun loungers, outside showers and tennis court, perfect for short or longer term stay's. Private parking in dedicated garage space and within the estate in front of the home, 2 salt treated Swimming Pools with one perfect for families with a baby or smaller kids, beautiful gardens and Tennis court.

The old town Albufeira, local beaches, marina, restaurants, entertainment and shops are within a 15 minute walk. Beaches, beaches and beaches from local to highly top rated beaches like Sao Rafael and Ariffes to the wide expanse of Praia da Gale and Salgados (10 minute drive) each with their own restaurants. Small super market 10 minutes walk, Lidl, Aldi and Apolonia 10 minutes by car. Several restaurants around the corner. Car is recommended if you planning to explore the Algarve coastline, water parks, zoos, Golf courses and historical sites. Several golf courses between 10 to 20 minutes by car Local bus services, Uber and Taxi are easily available and work very well
