SPACE, COMFORT AND NATURE: Guilheta is a spacious beach villa with garden, biological greenhouse and a young orchard, where you can enjoy moments of calm and pleasure. Situated in the coastal and protected landscape area of the Parque Natural do Litoral Norte, its location gives you privileged access to the Ecovia which connects one of the most beautiful protected areas in continental Portugal. This natural park stretches along 16 km of coastline, between the River Neiva and the River Cávado, and is flanked by countless river and sea beaches, as well as reefs, dunes, pine forests, oak groves and abundant agricultural areas. Welcome! => ACCESSIBILITIES AND GARAGES: At ground floor level, the property can accommodate up to two guests with reduced mobility, or even in wheelchairs, as the entire space is served by access ramps with gradients less than 60 cm. The property is also served by two spacious private garages, allowing easy entry and exit of wheelchairs in their cars. => CLIMATE: With a mild climate - Atlantic with Mediterranean influence - the average annual temperature is 14°C.

URBAN TOURISM (OR WORK): With excellent access to the main cities in the northwest of the Iberian Peninsula, you can easily move to the nearest urban centers, such as Viana do Castelo, Barcelos, Braga, Guimarães and Porto. A little more than an hour away are, in Portugal, the cities of Vila Real, Aveiro, Viseu and Coimbra. A little under two hours away, in Galicia, are the cities of Vigo, Pontevedra, Ourense, and Santiago de Compostela. Let's go! => WINDSURFING, KITESURFING AND WAVE POOLING: Just under 10 km away are two world-renowned hotspots for the practice of these sports, to the North, in Viana do Castelo and, to the South, in Fão - Esposende. The public swimming pool invites you to enjoy the waves. => WAY OF SAINT JAMES: A World Heritage Site, the coastal route of the west coast of the Iberian Peninsula of the Camino de Santiago - Portuguese Way - passes through Guilheta. According to medieval tradition, pilgrims who venerated the relics of the apostle Santiago Maior received partial or total remission of the temporal penalty resulting from sins forgiven through confession (indulgence) and could even avoid Purgatory.
