Lots of space, lovely big pool (although a little too cold in March for a dip). Well equipped kitchen. 10-15 minute walk into centre (albeit a steep hill). Great view

Great accommodation, well equipped and clean. The owner Maria is very friendly and hospitable, she communicated with us about our needs before our arrival. At the agreed arrival time, she was waiting for us, showed and explained everything necessary. We also had a swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas and a parking space. On the day of arrival, there was also some food waiting for us in the fridge.

I totally loved it! Till we arrived I thought that we will be sharing the house and pool with other guests but it was completely for us. Comfy beds, large living room, kitchen, we had everything we needed. Maria, the host was suuuper nice and she even prepared a little of food and sweets for us to the fridge and living room. The view from the garden is awesome yet it is really private and noone can see you by the pool. Also the view is orientated to the west so you can see sunset right from the pool. Maria lives in the second house so she helped us when we locked the keys inside accidentaly. There is a bus stop right in front of the house and the bus line goes right to the city center. Everything was gorgeous and if I will ever go to Madeira again, I will definitely try to book this accomodation. ❤️

Excellent location and very nice pool on your own use. There was food and drinks at the fridgerator so you did not have to rush grocerystore at the first moment. Maria was very nice and helphul host.

Beautiful property and Maria went above and beyond for us when we needed to have important documents mailed to us from the USA. She also had had snacks and drinks for us since we were arriving late. It was very thoughtful and very much appreciated. We hope to return again. Lovely stay

La casa no le falta de nada,la piscina una maravilla, toda para nosotros, el entorno es magnífico, la casa con mucha historia ,pero es muy comoda y sobre todo la dueña Maria Joao es un 10,nos esperó hasta muy tarde ,porque llegamos a la 1 de la madrugada,en la nevera había comida para el desayuno del dia siguiente, hay un super a 5 minutos ,el centro de Funchal esta a 10 minutos bajando y cuando digo bajando ,es asi literalmente. Unas fantásticas vacaciones en una isla que no falta de nada,pero sobre es necesario alquilar un coche Si hay comentarios que hay ruido de la carretera, nosotros hemos encontrado la solución durmiendo los tres en la habitación de abajo Muchas gracias Maria por todo,por tu hospitalidad, amistad y tu cercanía

Fomos recebidos com muito carinho pela responsável pelo local, que nos presenteou, depois de um voo demorado, com um lanche de boas-vindas. Muito cuidado ao nos apresentar o local, próximo às zonas centrais da cidade. Recomendo.

Ein tolles Haus mit einem traumhaften Pool. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und großzügig. Eine sehr gute Gesprächspartnerin die uns immer einen Kaffee angeboten hat. Sie hat immer gute Tipps und Empfehlungen. Trotz unserer nächtlichen Ankunft um 3 Uhr morgens hat sie uns empfangen. Der Kühlschrank war perfekt gefüllt und alles da was man zum ersten Frühstück braucht. Das Haus ist wunderschön und liegt Zentral- wovon man im Garten aber nichts merkt. Es ist eine Oase. Kann man uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Besser geht es nicht.
