The apartment has a privileged location, in front of Santa Marinha church, 2 minutes walking from the World of Wine museum complex, one block from the Douro river and the Quay of Gaia, near the Port Wine Cellars and restaurants, shops, cable car, monuments. D. Luiz bridge, which connects downtown Gaia to downtown Porto and all UNESCO Heritage area, is just 10 minutes walking. The property is carefully prepared, being deeply cleaned, following the recommendations of the Health Authorities and the best standards of the industry.

Neighbourhood information

Santa Marinha is an old neighborhood in the left bank of Douro river, where the Port Wine Cellars are located. Visit the baroque church of Santa Marinha and then go and drink a glass of Port Wine right next door. Or take the cable car and visit the Monastery of Serra do Pilar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Or take a walk, cross the D. Luiz bridge and stroll in monumental downtown Porto (Ribeira), also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You can find shops, restaurants, cafes, markets and pharmacies in the vicinity. Enjoy!
