Everything with Carla was perfect! The apartment was super clean, there were plenty of breakfast supplies and a very good coffee maker. The rooms were spacious and the beds were high quality; my husband and I slept comfortably in he master bedroom which has it's own bathroom, the kids and my dad in other room and sofa bed, which was firm and nice as well. The condo has a nice swimming pool for the kids (and adults :-)) to enjoy, the beach is 100 meters away and there are many restaurants and shops at a walking distance. There's a private and protected parking spot as well. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to San Juan! Thank you, Carla!

The host was very kind and helpful. David came between 2 - 3 am and helped us get settled and gave us a tour of the property. When we needed anything hosts were prompt and available. We enjoyed the breakfast and location was very convenient and safe.

Our host David was amazing and the apartment was great! Great location for our plans plus all the amenities we needed and more. It was extra special to have breakfast food stocked in the refrigerator! David was available immediately for any questions and was nice enough to recommend a nearby Argentinian restaurant - Buenos Aires - which was walkable and oh so yummy. He also gave us great recommendations for destinations and beaches to visit. Our only regret was not booking for more nights. Would definitely stay here again.

Spectacular place. This was such a good size apartment with an excellent location. Everything was modern. I loved that our host stacked the refrigerator with some eggs and ham so we could make breakfast in the morning. He also had beach chairs and beach towels. I love the 24 hoir security and the parking space provided. I will definitely be staying here again.

beautiful condo in a great location - close to a nice beach, 10 minute drive from condado, and 20 minute drive from old san juan. hosts were kind enough to leave us food in the fridge for breakfast and some essentials like toiletries and laundry pods.
