The staff were super helpful and friendly, and the location really can't be beat. The building is unique and interesting.

Tranquility is the best part. Many shopping and food centers nearby. Walking distance to the Plaza del Sol Mall. Excellent facilities, including a casino and excellent customer services. The rooms are modern and beautifull. Breakfast is delicious. It also has a huge parking if you have a rental or personal car. If not, its not a problem, you car travel in UBER or taxi to nearby malls, like Rio Hondo Mall, El Cantón Mall, and Santa Rosa Mall. Best by far, if you have a dog, its welcome to this hotel.

You need a car for this location nothing was near by tourist wise . Food place close early. Breakfast very busy food runs out fast if hotel is busy the staff was nice the hotel does not provide transportation
The location was great, the laundry room was very helpful to have in the hotel, the breakfast in the morning was really good and convenient and the price for our stay was good. The hotel also felt very clean, well maintained and the staff was really nice. It's really hard to find a room that will sleep more than four and we always need sleeping for 5 so it's nice to find a room that accommodates us without forcing us to pay a large price for a big fancy room or getting two rooms.
We very planning for a 4 night stay in San Juan and after 1 night in another san Juan room(?) booked from booking dot com- my son and I were convinced that staying at Natural Village was hazardous to our health- shame on booking dot com- we were desperate to find a safe hotel for 3 nights until cruise- Hyatt was expensive but wad exactly what we needed. Your welcome to call me for more details-BUT DOES BOOKING DOT COM REALLY CARE?
Our booking was canceled due to a miscommunication the hotel and booking agency. The location refused to reinstate the booking once we arrived. We had to pay to find another place to allow our children to sleep after being stranded in the airport for hours. We had to set up another booking the next day, paying more than the original booking, and receiving smaller accommodations to continue our trip.
I stayed at this hotel the day before my wedding so that me and my bridesmaid could get ready together. The hotel really exceeded my expectations. Comfortable, nice soace un the rooms, facility was awesome and the staff was really nice. We were a party of 7 and we used the 2 queen beds and tge sofa bed, everybody slept comfortably.
The breakfast offering was very good pretty much at the same level I've had at Hyatt's and other hotels in other US locations. The staff is VERY friendly and helpful and go the extra mile to satisfy your request. Kudos to the hotel staff...Gracias.
From the moment you walk in the staff greats you and gets you checked in quicklyand Explains everything to you, the hotel lobby has ample seating areas the bar was great for a few drinks to the end of are stay. Looking forward for are next stay.
The staff was exceptional. I like that the location was not far from San Juan. I like that there are so many restaurants and shopping centers that are all close around while paying a great price to stay. Breakfast was a plus for me!
The breakfast was good . The room was nice The staff was friendly and very helpful. The casino next door was a plus .easy to get a taxi. And the hotel was clean.
