This delightful 2 bedroom home with modern European kitchen is spacious, light & offers guests all the comforts of home, just 150m walk to a public beach & 10-15 minutes from popular Alona beach. Guests enjoy free wifi, cable TV, towels, bedding, iron, hair dryer, cooking utensils, everything you will need for a comfortable stay. 1 Queen, 1 Double, 1 Double mattress, & 1 Double Sofa bed offers comfortable accommodation for up to five guests. Extra mattress can be arranged for 300 per night.

The house is situated 150m away from a private beach in a quiet estate consisting of 11 houses. The entrance is 150m from the main road where you can flag tricycles or rent a scooter from the store. There is a convenience store 150m from the house where you can get groceries, alcohol etc. Only a 5 minute walk to Bluewater Resort and other cafes and restaurants, 15 minutes walk from Alona Beach and a 25-30 minute drive from Tagbilaran Port. We can have a van arranged for you to pick you up from the port for 650php for up to 4 people or 700php for 5-6. If you would like to be picked up from the new Panglao Airport, the charge is only 300php for up to 4 people and 400php for 5-6. Please let us know in advance. If you would like to rent a motorcycle/scooter, please let us know via the AIRBNB app. The rate for our guests is 500php per day or 450php per day for three or more days. Tricycles can be flagged from the main road and are easily obtained from Alona beach. The fare should not be more than 100-120php.
