This place is fantastic. The hosts are great!! The apartment is spotless. The pool is amazing. Internet is fast and reliable. Location is great too, plenty of good restaurants within a 5 minute walk. I don't recall the breakfast but believe it was perfectly acceptable. Value was the main feature for me. It was very economical considering it had everything required. I always appreciate bulk water, which they had, compared to single-use bottle. Very low motorbike rental rate as well. The owner was very knowledgeable and helpful in all respects, especially after having an accident.
The family who run the property are so friendly and helpful - they absolutely made our stay in Mingche apartments. The grounds of the hotel are kept so well and it’s a lovely place to relax in. The location is around a 5/10 minute walk from the centre but feels really safe! Our room was basic but just what we needed when on a budget. Perfect place to stay in Alona beach.
Dumaluan beach is very close and it is much calmer than touristic Alona beach. The resort helps you order a tricycle and food from a nearby restaurant and offers scooter rental. The staff is very pleasant and super helpful with any request or advice you need.
We are a family of 6 and stayed at their deluxe apartment for 3 nights. It was a 2storey rental with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with functional kitchen and utensils. The staff cleaned our rooms and change towels and bedsheets everyday. The staff are so helpful and approachable for all our needs. We got more than we paid for. We had a very comfortable stay.
