This modern, detached, three level apartment is located on Kilmore Street in the heart of Christchurch. The middle floor comprises the living area, with a spacious, bright open plan kitchen, living and dining area and an outdoor terrace. There is a bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin on the first level and a spacious, luxury bathroom with a bath, shower, basin and toilet on the third level.
