Open up the doors for seamless summer indoor-outdoor flow, or spark up the wood burning fireplace on a winter getaway and watch a movie on the Smart TV. An open-plan kitchen-dining area is the ideal spot to share a meal. And with all the modern conveniences of home, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, and toasted sandwich maker, you’ll settle right in. A high chair means your smallest family members are taken care of too. Three bedrooms comfortably sleep up to eight guests here at Casita, while a generous sized bathroom provides enough conveniences for everyone. There’s also a washing machine in there for those longer stays. In the summer we think you’ll spend most of your time enjoying the outdoor spaces at Casita. At Casita, you’re in a great spot just a five minutes walk away from the Okere Falls store, famous in the area as a great place for a barista coffee and a wholesome bite to eat. Explore the trails in the area on foot, book yourself onto a rafting adventure, or take the boat across the lake to the Lake Rotoiti Hot Pools. Abel Tasman National Park is the smallest National Park in New Zealand, but it is one of the most scenic. Abel Tasman boasts pristine white sandy beaches, tranquil estuaries and wonderful forested headlands. The Coastal Track is world famous, and visitors can choose to explore it on their own, or with a guide. Other ways to explore the coastline include sea kayaking, yacht, or water taxis. At the southern entrance to Abel Tasman National Park there is fantastic opportunity for visitors to swim with seals.
