This lovely, modern three bedroom home is set on a quiet back section and is fully fenced. The light and airy open plan kitchen, dining and living area flows out to a sunny, sheltered patio with BBQ and outdoor furniture. The fully equipped kitchen has standard oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher while the living area has a log burner and heat pump to keep you comfortable all year round. Complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi is also available. There are three good sized bedrooms each with one queen bed while the master has an ensuite with shower and the main bathroom has a shower and bath with separate laundry Please note: The owner does not allow pets at their property, however they may bring their own dog from time to time.

Neighbourhood information

Hanmer Springs is a lovely small village set in an alpine environment on the edge of the Southern Alps in the South Island of New Zealand. The village is located at an altitude of approximately 400 metres (1300 feet). This provides a crisp clear climate, with snow falling during winter on several occasions. The geothermal nature of the area has provided the beautiful Thermal Springs Reserve in which to relax, and it is second to none other in New Zealand. The combination of the colder climate and the thermal pools normally sitting at 25-42 degrees Celsius, or 77-18 degrees Fahrenheit is both invigorating and relaxing. The lucky guests get to soak in the thermal pools when it is snowing (for no extra charge) - how lucky are they?
