If you are looking for a home located in a quiet cul-de-sac with awe inspiring views over the central village, then look no further than 27 Alpine Avenue. The glorious views from the deck have to be seen to be believed. Featuring a log burner to tuck up beside as well as a heatpump and newly installed double-glazing in the 3 bedrroms for added warmth on those cold alpine nights or relax and enjoy the views or have a BBQ on the gorgeous deck. This home provides all the creature comforts - including unlimited wi-fi and Netflix for you to enjoy during your stay. You can also bring your beloved pets on holiday too! Small well behaved dogs only are welcome at this property and don't forget to clean up after your pet before you leave. The property has a fully fenced sloping back yard with gravel soil cover surrounding the shrubs and trees. It is only a short walk to the central village, but also the Conical Hill Walkway if you'd like to stretch your legs.

Hanmer Springs is a lovely small village set in an alpine environment on the edge of the Southern Alps in the South Island of New Zealand. The village is located at an altitude of approximately 400 metres (1300 feet). This provides a crisp clear climate, with snow falling during winter on several occasions. The geothermal nature of the area has provided the beautiful Thermal Springs Reserve in which to relax, and it is second to none other in New Zealand. The combination of the colder climate and the thermal pools normally sitting at 25-42 degrees Celsius, or 77-18 degrees Fahrenheit is both invigorating and relaxing. The lucky guests get to soak in the thermal pools when it is snowing (for no extra charge) - how lucky are they?
