Make yourself comfortable here with a drink and watch the sun set behind Hemsedalsfjelle and Vangsfjelle. Take advantage of the location for excursions and hikes in the mountains, which also offer several family-friendly hiking trails. There are several fishing lakes in the neighbourhood and the Aurdalsfjord with good opportunities for trout, perch and whitefish fishing. In winter you can ski from the house or drive to the lift. Nearby you will find both alpine slopes and a fantastic cross-country ski trail. There is a golf course by the Aurdalsfjord and Jotunheimen is not far away. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
