The apartment is on the second floor and has a spacious bedroom with a double bed, new wooden windows, 24 april 2024, fully equipped large kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven, stove, Moccamaster coffeemaker, Sodastream and all utensils and accessories needed for cooking. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom. The apartment is very bright, has high ceilings that give the impression of space and it’s suitable for claustrophobic people. Air purifier from Meaco, TV OLED technology in the living room and a smaller TV in the bedroom, Netflix, as well as Wi-Fi, so guests can stay connected and relax after a day of exploring the city.
My name is Florin and I have always prioritized professionalism in my work. I intend to do the same here by combining professionalism with the passion and satisfaction of my guests. Communication for me is a very important factor in avoiding misunderstandings of any kind and ultimately total discomfort. I would therefore prefer you call or send a message if there is anything needed while you renting my unit. Choosing not to do it and make surprising comments in the reviews section after you have left the apartment, can only lead to misinterpretation. Make yourself at home, please treat my space and my things with care, respect my neighbors and you will be treated the same in return. P.S. I just want to make sure that you read the description carefully before booking, that's why I want to make it clear that smoking is allowed. The apartment has a smoking area wich I want you to respect and that is only near the window. This must be open while smoking, preferably (living room or kitchen). Please use the ashtray. Thank you for understanding!
The apartment is located right next to the Botanical Garden and not far from Oslo S, Bjørvika(the new district with modern architecture), Opera, Munch museum, Sørenga and other attractions. Tram line 17 is only 2 minutes from the apartment which leads to Oslo S. Supermarkets can be found in the area within a few minutes' walk and available means of transport very close.
