Property information

A modern and comfortable 53 sqm, 2 bedroom apartment close to supermarket, stores, restaurants, coffeeshops, public transportation. The kitchen is fully equipped, and big windows give lots of light to the space. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed (150x200 cm). Bedroom 2 has 2 beds (90x200 and 120x200 cm). The sofa bed in the living room is 140x200 cm. Surrounded by beautiful buildings and streets with big trees, it is a pleasure to walk around in the neighborhood. You find bakery, supermarket, restaurants within a 7 min walk. The Nationaltheatre train station is a 15 min walk, tram 3 min walk, bus and more trams 7 min walk. Beautiful Vigeland Sculpturepark is a 20 min walk. Important: The apartment is located in a historic building, so there is no elevator. The apartment is on 4th floor (ground floor=first floor). The fireplace is just for decoration, and must not be used. The apartment is not child proofed in any matter. So no locks on windows, sockets, doors etc.
