Take day trips on the national tourist routes in Hardanger and Ryfylke and reach the spectacular Trolltunga after a short drive. Låtefoss is also a great place to visit. In winter, the area is an Eldorado for skiing enthusiasts, as cross-country ski trails are right outside the door and Røldal Ski Center is not far away.
