The house quite comfortable and spacious that suitable for a group trip , and also the facilities is well-prepared , besides it is near with the convenience store and kedai makan , very strategic places...plus the owner also very friendly and concern with us , very recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Std H.Jebat, MITC & UTEM is 4.3km, 8.9km & 14km respectively from this homstay. It is also located in the middle of the 3 famous attraction areas in Melaka; Alor Gajah, Ayer Keroh & Banda Hilir ie within 5-20km distant to any of them. It is next to the main road thus guarantees easy access to all the 3 areas All the 4 rooms are equipped with queen size beds (2 in master bedroom) + 1 additional bunk bed, 1 single bed & 1 floor mattress thus can accommodate a total of 14 pax comfortably. WIFI 30mbps powered by Unifi is free for our guests. Provided in the vacation home is 43" SMART TV for guests to watch online UHD movies by Netflix, stream YouTube Premium & browse internet etc. Satellite TV channel ASTRO is also provided. A beautiful lake is just 3min drive from the homstay with a 1.5km jogging track. For our guests we will provide you with Travel Itinerary & E-Books comprising of Tourist Attraction Sites & Famous Food Outlets as reference, segregated based on the 3 areas mentioned earlier. This will help you to plan your vacation.

B. ROOMS & BEDS ARRANGEMENT - # Master Bedroom (1st floor) ; 2 queens + 1 bunk bed with black-out curtain & ensuite bathroom. # Room 2 (1st floor) ; 1 queen + 1 super single bed + 1 floor mattress & ensuite bathroom. # Room 3 (1st floor) ; 1 queen & ensuite bathroom. #Room 4 (ground floor) ; 1 queen & ensuite bathroom. A. GENERAL - Melaka is a small city. The tourists attraction sites are in 3 main areas; Bandaraya City Centre, Ayer Keroh and Alor Gajah. Our vacation home is in the middle of the 3 areas; within 5-20km distant. The vacation home is next to the main road. Staying in our vacation home guarantees easy access to all areas. B NEIGHBOURHOOD - The vacation home is in a new housing complex called Taman 1-Krubong. Stadium Hang Jebat and Tesco Cheng are the landmarks. The vacation home offers gated and guarded community. Thus as a visitors guests will need to register at the security post & collect visitor pass before allow to drive in. Host will help guests to ease their registration at the post. C. CHECK IN & OUT - The vacation home is using SELF CHECK IN/OUT system. PIN number will be provided on your check in date. Thus guests can check in & out anytime without waiting for the host to come. We provide hassle free chk in & out process D. NEAR BY FACILITIES - Beautiful recreational lake is just 3min drive from the vacation home.
