We are a Family owned a boutique Condominium. We finished building a few years ago but after the pandemic happened and we are now really opening our doors for business

Our Studios are Brand new Spacious but cozy. We are located in a quiet and accessible part of town. Our Rooftop pool overlooks the Tulum Jungle Canopy. Come enjoy the sunset! We have a rooftop and grill. We also offer Services at better prices like Scooter Rental, Spa Services, Private Transportation, and everything else so you can make the most out of your Experience.

Neighbourhood information

We are in Colonia Maya Pax, very quiet and accessible its a half a block from Los Morros Restaurant, the public library and the Satellite Av, so you can quickly access the beach the main roads
