Punta Allen seems to be a virgin place in Mexico.
Punta Allen seems to be a virgin place in Mexico. Not many tourists not many places like restaurants or shops.
Its full of sargaso and at the moment properties cant deal with it and many of them are on the beach.
But you can have nice excursions to see dolphins at the nature ,we took the fishers boat and went to see dolphins and turtles do some snorkel, kids loved it!
But this place is far and the road is not good.

My trip was rescheduled due corona.
My trip was rescheduled due corona. They ignored all my messages and calls, and stole my money. No even booking.com answers me. I got stolen, and nobody answer, nobody does anything, nobody takes responsability.
The property's serene location, well-kept grounds, and peaceful isolation were absolutely wonderful.
The cleanliness of the bed and sheets was impeccable, and we are immensely grateful for the hard work of the cleaners, especially given the circumstances. After falling ill with a stomach bug on the second night of our stay and experiencing multiple episodes of vomiting, their efforts were truly appreciated. We made sure to leave an extra tip as a token of our gratitude. Thank you to the cleaners - you are the true heroes of this hotel!
Sonia and the other staff at Villa Roseliz are the best!! She was so kind and we came in on Christmas Eve to a dinner she prepared for all the guests free of charge. The manager was very helpful with finding us a tour of Sian Ka’an and directed us towards the place we could rent kayaks and go exploring on our own as well. We had such a wonderful time at this little town on the tip of this beautiful peninsula—would strongly recommend to anyone going to punta Allen.
The bed was comfortable and the room large. There was a nice patio area overlooking the property’s garden where we could birdwatch.
We decided to use the boat transfer to reach Punta Allen, which was an adventure in itself. If you don’t have a vehicle to drive yourself there Marta can give you the contact details and information on how to book the transfer. When we were there she also arranged for us to go on a boat trip along with some of her other guests.
we never got to the property, because what booking doesn’t tell you is that it’s impossible to get there by normal car. you need to either get a 4x4 for the drive (and even then it takes 3.5 hours to drive the bumpy pot-holed road that leaves from Tulum) or schedule a boat which isn’t cheap and takes 2 hours. the hotel is not responsive and even when texting them in Spanish they provided automated Google translate answers that made no sense.
Punta Allen is a special place! Very nice, far away from civilization and yet everything is available.
We loved our stay at Villa Roseliz. David and Sonja were very helpful, friendly and attetive!
The prepared nice breakfast and you are at the beach direclty. We loved the reading in the hammock with the view of the turquise waters of the Carribean sea.
We reccomend this place if you are in Punta Allen.
This is fairly remote and is reached on a 40 km extremely potholed road. So be prepared. The scenery is beautiful. The village of Punta Allen is rustic. Casa Pascale is mostly for sport fishermen but we weren't and enjoyed our time there. It's impeccably clean, the bed was comfortable. There was a good shower. There are beautiful wall paintings of various fish. It's a place with character.
The location of this hotel is soo pretty. It was like paradise. The beach was magical! We also loved we could walk into the city.
We stayed in the small house, and everything worked, bed was comfortable.
The staff was very sweet, and we also booked a great boat tour through the hotel.
We had lunch and breakfast at the hotel and food was good too!
First off, the view is unbelievable! Also, they were so helpful with arranging boat transportation and cab to Punta Allen. Marta was absolutely incredible and helpful in so many ways. Frank, our server, was wonderful as well. We really enjoyed our time there. The shared facilities were always clean. I will absolutely be back!
The hosts were warm, friendly, and excellent guides to the area. Sonia is a gifted massage therapist and the room was quiet and comfortable. The garden around the hotel was gorgeous, and proximity to the beach couldn't be better! Absolutely wonderful experience.
The staff are fantastic, and each time I’ve come it’s like a private island. The restaurant is convenient and there are toys if you have children. Punta Allen is a 20min or so ride south if you’d like to check out the small fishing village.
Juan and Marta are incredible hosts and wonderful people. Staying with them feels like being in a welcoming home. They work hard to maintain the property and ensure their guests have the best stay in Punta Allen.
The location is perfect, just on very nice beach. The place has nice little garden where you can sit, eat your meal, drink your beer....Nice restaurants nearby.
Possibility to cook your own meal is nice.
Amazing location right on the beach. Went to sleep and woke up to the ocean waves. Very nice staff. Delicious food. Tour of the bio reserve organized by the hotel was affordable and amazing.
