Princess Coco is a spacious apartment ideally located in Baie Orientale, offering several amenities: * 50 meters from the stunning Orient Bay beach * Central and close to all amenities * Very quiet * 100 Mbps WiFi * TV with 10,000 international channels in the living room * 2 large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms * 2 king-size beds * Air conditioning in all rooms * Spacious terrace with dining area * Access to the residence pool * Beach and bath towels are provided for your stay * 4 beach chairs, 1 umbrellas and 1 cooler available * Fully renovated in 2019 This magnificent and spacious 110m² ground floor apartment features a generous living space with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen leading to the TV lounge, and then onto a comfortable terrace with a shaded and fenced dining area. You will discover two welcoming bedrooms with very comfortable king-size beds, each with its own bathroom. Guests have access to the quiet residence pool. Caribbean Princess is also a beautifully landscaped residence with lush tropical vegetation, about a 10-minute walk from the Village Square of Baie Orientale, Saint-Martin's most popular tourist destination for: - the beauty of its long beach and surroundings - its beachfront restaurants and bars - water activities (kite-surfing, jet skiing, sailing) - nearby shops (supermarket, hairdresser, bakery, tobacco shop) - security (cameras, security guards). Upon arrival, a concierge team will welcome you to the property. A small parking lot separates the residence from the beach, which is particularly lively on Sundays. You can enjoy your stay without the need for a car, as everything is within walking distance. However, if you wish to explore other areas of the island, a car may be useful. Preferred rates are available for renting beach loungers.
