The hotel was better than expected as some earlier reviews have been bad/unfair. Location is very good and there is local parking for 4 cars (no extra fee). We stayed for 3 nights and did not have any mosquitos inside the room even if we were on the lower floor. Our room vas very big, clean and the bed was good as well. The common area on the ground floor was nice. Internet was good, also in our room.

The water was beautiful and the apartment on a perfect location but there’s still so much destruction from Irma on Grand Case. Also lots of businesses closed. Not many stores or restaurants to stroll by

A lot of properties are still ruined and vacant from the hurricane in 2017. But the properties open are great. Amazing restaurants, cute stores all within a short walk along the main road. Cool and casual beach town.

Make sure to visit Sunset Cafe at least once - the food is absolutely out of this world. Same with the local joints (Lolo’s) down the road! Great beaches, great food, good shopping, and everyone is super friendly. Can’t go wrong.

I hadn't realized how much was destroyed in Hurricane Irma. There were only a handful of restaurants open and a few stores to shop in. However the beach was clean, and the water was blue. Everyone was friendly but it was difficult to walk to the restaurants because of so many cars driving so close to you down the street, and no sidewalks to walk safely. Definitely wouldn't have taken my 3 year old there had I known about the road conditions. On the positive side, the restaurants were so sweet to my daughter and made her the most delicious toddler plates. She ate every bite they served.
It’s not a large property, it’s just the right size. The loft room was truly excellent and had everything we needed.
As you explore the paths on the property you find beautiful secluded spots to comfortably relax with a beautiful view to the sound of the water.
The Sunset Grill on property is also extremely good and convenient. Make reservations on the weekend. Also, there are a dozen restaurants worth trying for dinner within a few minute walk.
What else can I say, my husband and I would surely return.
Location is AAA + , Residence (room ) fantastic, hosts very helpful and welcoming. No better place to be in Grand case....we stayed in a lower unit and it was 20 steps out our door to the beautiful Beach! Full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a comfortable bed. Oh, if you need a rental car speak to Fabien. Picked us up at the airport and had new car for us and the best prices on the island
It was very comfortable. Everything in the accommodation was very clean. I had all I needed for my stay .The location was very close to the beach which made my stay even more better. The host was very kind and so very helpful. He made the stay even more better. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a quiet and safe location that is close by the beach.
We loved the location as we spent a lot of time in happy bay and grand case. The management was very nice and tried to help when we asked. It was spacious enough for two couples and sound didn’t travel. Also the Aircon works great. It’s near the beach (not ocean front but only one unit back so access is great). The pots and pans are new non stick. Again the staff is nice.
We've been coming to St. Martin for 20 years and this location right on the Grand Case beach is fantastic. The unit has a terrific balcony overlooking the water with large-size rooms. Fully-equipped kitchen and plenty of towels. Please note the photos are of the adjacent unit; this unit actually has a better long view towards the Grand Case Airport.
The hotel was well located and good value. We enjoyed the common outdoor area very much for a glass of wine before dinner. People were very friendly. Desiree, at reception was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were small, but cute and well-kept. It's the perfect location for exploring Grand Case.
Thiebold is a lovely host and met us at our arranged time to get the keys. It's a great little mini hotel with well appointed rooms on the Main Street in Grand Case. Very comfortable bed and the room was very sound proofed from road noise. Would definitely recommend!
Central location, modern, extremely clean, matching the description and over passing our expectations. Lots of ‘extras’ included in the package such as beach umbrella and chairs. Few steps to the beach. Fair price related to value- best in Grand Case.
It is a beautiful boutique hotel with really kind staff. Katia helped us with all our questions and accompanied us sometimes for a chat during breakfast. The breakfast is great! We went here for our honeymoon and really loved it.
Pierre is an excellent host. Very responsive and helpful. His property is lovely and very clean. In a good spot accessible to all the great restaurants in Grand Case. We would definitely stay there again.
Overall, the resort was very nice. The beach was clean, quiet, and beautiful. The whole property felt very safe and secure. The bathrooms around the property were nice. The pool was clean and lovely.
The location is just 20 steps from the beach where you can rent chairs with food / drink service.

Hotel staff is very helpful and accommodating.
No breakfast is included...the whole place is so cozy and tastefully decorated and everything works well and it is close to Blvd grand case where all the best restaurants are..cheers
