What an excellent hotel. We stayed only one night having arrived from the UK late at night before heading on the train south to Hikkaduwa. The hotel arranged for us to be picked up and delivered to the hotel and they also arranged for us to have a sushi dinner ready for our arrival after the restaurant was closed. The hotel itself is beautiful and the room was spacious. It was very luxurious. The staff went above and beyond and it was a shame we could only stay one night. It was a good first taste of Sri Lanka and we would definitely stay there again.
