The staff were very helpful, they confused my payment with another guest initally (which was slightly more) and I didn't notice but they let me know as soon asap and refunded straight away/apologised for the inconvenience- I appreciated their honesty and sincerity. The room was clean and had everything I needed, reasonably priced rooms and very helpful staff.
