The 150 m² Villa Carini with 3000 m² private garden is located in Calvacaselle/Castelnuovo del Garda. A wonderful place to relax and recharge your batteries away from the tourist crowds in your very own private retreat. With a living area of 150 m², the holiday accommodation offers space for up to 6 people. You are awaited by 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom with two separate beds, a large kitchen-living room and 2 bathrooms. Everything in a very flattering and historic country house style. A special highlight is the large garden, with sun terrace and private outdoor pool, where you can relax after a demanding day. The pool is in operation from mid-May to the end of September. Outside these periods it depends on the weather. For about 20 years this house served as a refuge for a family. Now it has been decided to open this special and very private place also for tourists. It is a place that is close to the lake (about 3 kilometres) but still far from the hustle and bustle. The house, which has had its own swimming pool for 2 years, functions as a place of silence and a meeting place for people.

Castelnuovo del Garda is nestled in idyllic vineyards and olive groves between Verona and Peschiera at the southern end of Lake Garda and offers a universally popular attraction: Gardaland! The old town, a fortified tower, some sacred buildings and villas testify that Castelnuovo's history began long before Gardaland opened. For all of those who want to enjoy the lake and the sun away from the big tourist crowds, the bathing beaches in the fractions of Campanello and Ronchi are a good choice. In the surroundings of Castelnuovo, characterized by meadows, woods, olive groves and old farmhouses, you can also make wonderful explorations on foot or by bike.
