Immersed in the tranquility of a lush citrus grove of about 10,000 square meters, the Residence, thanks to its location just a few meters from the sea, offers a spectacular panoramic view between the green of the garden and the intense blue of the sea and the sky. Located in a charming stretch of the northern coast of Sicily, it is situated between Palermo (16 km) and Cefalù (25 km). It consists of very bright and comfortable two-bedroom apartments of 55/65 square meters surrounded by a lush garden, populated by various species of birds, where numerous citrus trees, ancient olive trees, tall trees, exotic cacti, and a great variety of flowers, along with the sea breeze, create a very pleasant microclimate. Each apartment also has spacious (25-45 sqm) and private terraces overlooking the sea, elegantly furnished for meals and relaxation, where you can enjoy the Mediterranean climate and relaxing candlelit dinners in front of a breathtaking view. In the vast and quiet garden, there is also a large barbecue area with gazebo and tables for outdoor dining, equipped spaces for conversation, sunbathing, showers, ping-pong, bocce court, children's play area, coin-operated washing machine, ample fenced private parking. External visitors are not allowed.
