We were inspired by the beautiful setting across a lake, the magnificent views of the countryside and Majella mountain, the easy access to reach the property and the close distance to historical centre and motorway. The portico and terrace allows relaxation, the bbq area permits you to enjoy meals outdoors and evenings around the fireplace. The swimming pool ready this spring, offers views, a large gazebo for relaxation and manicured garden all enclosed. The area is ideal for walking, horse riding, fishing in vicinity, many country restaurants, both beaches and mountain easy to reach.

Property information

We were inspired by the beautiful setting across a lake, the magnificent views of the countryside and Majella mountain, the easy access to reach the property and the close distance to historical centre, motorway and sea. The portico and terrace allows relaxation, the bbq area permits you to enjoy meals outdoors and evenings around the fireplace. The main house is subdivided in two apartments and surrounded by 3000 sqm of land (sleeps 14 persons) cribs available. Cottage newly built permitting further living/sleeping space for10 persons. Tha main house has two living areas, two dining areas, six bedrooms, four bathrooms, bbq area and panaramic terrace. The cottage with sofa bed, loft above living area with double bed, two bedrooms (which can be used as two single beds or double beds). Main bedroom, further loft with single bed. Ensuite bathroom. Covered portico area with barbeque area. Reserving maximum 13 people main house. Swimming pool 8x4 meters. Gazebo. Heating/airconditioning paid upon consumption. Further cautionary deposit to be paid period 30 Dec - 3 January of Euro 400 upon arrival, reimbursed if no damage.

Neighbourhood information

This home offers tranquillity, great views and yet not isolated as you are within walking distance to the historical centre of the town.. I Tre Laghi is 9 km away from Pescara North – Città Sant’Angelo’s toll booth along the A14 Bari -.Bologna motorway. The town itself offers all amenities, shops, bars, restaurants, chemist, banks, post office, theatre, weekly markets and on bus route to Pescara station. Ten minutes to beaches, approximately an hour ‘s drive to the four Abruzzo Parks (Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park, Majella National Park, Molise National Park and Sirente Velino Regional Park. One hour drive to skiing resorts such as Roccaraso, Passo Lanciano, Campo Felice or La Magnola. This area is also ideal for cycling and fishing. Horse riding facilities in the vicinity.
