Excellent, spacious, equipped apartment, lots of kitchen utensils for dinners and lunches on a superb terrace overlooking the sea and Lungomare promenade. I definitely advise you to visit the town of Montepagano, if you are by car, which is upstairs, and Teramo. The noise of the beloved sea at night from the window, and for lovers of an active night until 01.00, a nearby bar arranges dancing and a good mood. The beloved Adriatic pleases and surprises with its landscapes every year!
The location was perfect for Cologna Spiaggia, which is a quiet but growing little town. Very well located for going to the beach, but also for trips to the north (Giulianova, San Benedetto del Tronto) or south (Roseto, Pescara). The building is a quiet residential building but a short walk to the main street with restaurants, bars and shops.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everyone is fabulous. We love this hotel and always stay here when we come to this area. Great gelato and dinner too!. It is conveniently located across the street from the beach. A must stay!
Spent there just one night in February. Decent clean hotel, basic but good breakfast. Also nice wine in the evening, friendly staff, free parking. Possibly fantastic place to stay for your summer holidays. Located right by the beach.
