Swimming with the swans at Ostia Lido. The beachfront 80sqm flat located in an elegant 1900 building has 14 km of beach. across the street. For the moment there is no lift and the house is on th 2nd floor. All rooms have sea and stunning sunset views. The house can accomodate a maximum of 5 persons, adults and children can sleep in the house - there is a double bed in the bedoom, (2 persons) a double sofa bed (2 persons can sleep comfortably ) in the living room and 1 folding single bed also in the living room. There is an extra fee for extra beds. The price pubblished is for 2 person sleeping on the SAME double bed in the bedroom. Linen and beach towels are provided. WI-FI is quite speedy and free. TV in both living and bedroom. The Kitchen is well equipped with gas stove, oven, BBQ, dishwasher, washing machine, plates, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery- The dining room has a table with 6 chairs. Aircon in living/dining room and bedroom. There is 1 spacious bathroom only with big shower, wash basin, bidet & WC. Private parking in the courtyard free of charge. There are well stocked supermarkets and food stores at walking distance. Many good restaurants on the street where the flat is located - Centre of town is 5 minutes by car and there are also good restaurants in the small square. The Marina with fashion shops, restaurants is walking distance from the house. Ostia Antica is a MUST visit - the archeological sites are amazing. Rome is half hour by train which leaves Ostia every 15 minutes. Nearest Golf Club is about half hour - One 9 hole and one 18 hole Par 3. From June to August Ostia is very lively , apertifs on the beach, music in the evening and other seaside entertainment. We normally send useful informations(in English, French, Italian) and pictures upon booking. Maid service Eur 10/hr available. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
