Casa Vacanza Peppino dista 50 metri dalla spiaggia di Mondello e soli 8 kilometri dal centro di Palermo. La villetta, su due piani, è composta da una cucina da cui è possibile accedere da un ampia terrazza dotata di zona pranzo, un bagno con doccia e un ampio salone in cui è presente un divano letto. La zona notte, al piano superiore, dispone di una camera con letto matrimoniale, in cui è possibile trovare un lettino per bambini, un'altra camera con due letti singoli e un bagno con doccia. Entrambe le camere da letto danno su un'ampia terrazza dotata di zona relax. La villetta presenta un gradevole spazio esterno che dispone di barbecue e altra zona relax. Possibilità di posto auto e moto. La struttura è dotata di aria condizionata, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, asciugacapelli, forno. Casa Vacanza Peppino non è condivisa con altri ospiti, è perfetta per famiglie, ma anche per chi vuol godere, in totale benessere, del meraviglioso paesaggio di Mondello e della sua spiaggia sabbiosa, raggiungibile a piedi.
La spiaggia presenta lidi attrezzati a pagamento e zone di cui è possibile usufruire gratuitamente.
