In a very quiet residential area, among vegetable gardens and gardens, on the pedestrian promenade that leads to the town of Garda and the Valle dei Mulini (to which it is connected by opening a small gate), the Casa Salieri apartment enjoys a private garden, with a beautiful shading tree, equipped with table and chairs and the possibility of using the barbeque. From the condominium property, walking a few meters, you will find the stop for the free shuttle bus, which takes you to the village, which can also be reached on foot in 20 minutes; crossing the road instead, you reach the "Gardacqua" sports center with indoor and outdoor pools, large gardens and spa; in the area there are several restaurants, pizzerias and typical trattorias. The car can be parked in the garage below, where a private space is reserved. The house is located on the first floor, climbing 17 steps from the ground floor, externally it shares a large covered terrace with the apartment on the same floor. The entrance door leads directly to the living area, with table and chairs in front of a fireplace (not usable), double sofa bed and digital terrestrial TV; connected, but separated from the living room by a folding door, the kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner hob, electric oven, sink, fridge-freezer, microwave oven. The living room and the kitchen lead out onto the terrace overlooking the lake measuring 2 x 1.5 m, equipped with table, chairs, deck chairs and awning. From the living area you move towards the bedrooms, in the corridor there is the air conditioning split, on the left a nice new bathroom with shower and suspended sanitary ware, bedroom with two joinable single beds, double bedroom. The two bedrooms share a 2x2 meter terrace with awning.

Casa Salieri is located in a very quiet residential area of the town of Garda, the center can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes; during the summer period a free shuttle service is available which connects the various districts to the center of Garda and the lakefront. Just 100 meters from the apartment, the Gardaqua sports center which offers large indoor and outdoor swimming pools, gym, spa and catering.
