The property is located on the second floor of a building from the early 1900s "WITHOUT ELEVATOR". The house is divided into two separate apartments each of which has a private bathroom, one is a studio flat, the other a two-room flat, both equipped with a personal fridge and espresso machine. There is, extremely to the rooms, a common kitchen equipped with everything for cooking. IMPORTANT It is strictly forbidden to bring people unrelated to the reservation into the apartments, under penalty of immediate cancellation of the reservation. If any type of breakage or damage is noticed inside the rooms it is to be reported immediately to the host in order to avoid being charged the cost of the repair at the time of check-out. Please also leave the kitchen, a shared area of ​​the house which can be used free of charge, clean so that it can also be used by other guests, thank you.
The host is at your complete disposal for any request, places to visit and restaurants will be recommended to taste the best typical dishes of the area.
The property is located in the heart of Taranto, two corners from the seafront where you can take a swim or a walk by the sea, from the pedestrian area, in an area served by supermarkets, pizzerias, bars, pharmacies, public transport for ferry or to go to seaside resorts. Throughout the central area of ​​Taranto, parking is subject to a fee, bordered by blue lines, at a cost of 1.00 euro per hour, from Monday to Saturday from 8.30 to 20.30. Parking can be paid for with tickets to be purchased at ticket offices or bars, with vending machines on street corners or with the EASY PARKING or MOONEYGO app. For those coming by train, from the station take the AMAT city bus number 8/16/21/27 or 1/2 and get off at the stop in via Principe Amedeo at the corner with via Felice Cavallotti (in this case ask the driver for the closest stop nearby with via Felice Cavallotti), are 10 stops and take 9 minutes. By taxi the cost is 10.00 euros (15.00 euros on public holidays). The night washing of the neighboring streets has been deleted.
