Our stay was great. Matteo is a very nice private host - he went above and beyond our expectations. One example: we were the only guests at the breakfast on the first day - nevertheless Matteo prepared the complete breakfast. And there are many more. Matteo acts serious and professional. We had the lake view room. The size of this room is above average and has a very nice lake view. The room was very clean and room service cleaned daily. The property is also very modern and new. The area is very quiet. There are some restaurants nearby and one big supermarket. In summary we had a very nice weekend. Thank you very much, Matteo!

The hosts were very welcoming & friendly, offering excellent advice on the local area, places to see, travelling times etc... The breakfast also offered plenty choice & variety. We had a wonderful stay at Fior di Magnolia! Matteo is a great host who likes to make you feel at home and provide you with useful advice. We stayed in the beautifully appointed suite room and enjoyed the excellent bed and the well-equipped bathroom. The large terrace with the stunning lake view was a nice bonus. Other guests can enjoy the same view from the adjacent terrace where breakfast is served. Breakfast is excellent, with a fine choice of fresh food and delicious cappuccino. You can really relax here, enjoying the beautiful garden, the lovely olive trees and the brand new swimming pool, handsomely equipped with excellent furniture for every guest. Fior di Magnolia is a classy B&B, thoughtfully designed and impressively well-kept. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect, it had everything we needed. It was spotless and cleaned daily. We had the lake view room and it was breathtaking, with such a spacious terrace to sit out and enjoy the view. Matteo & Nikola were amazing hosts, we felt so welcome. The breakfast selection was brilliant, especially enjoyed my morning cappuccino and croissant. We definitely will be booking for next year, cannot fault this B&B!

Struttura situata in zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, immersa nel verde e poco distante dal lago. Dalla nostra camera, spaziosa e arredata con gusto, si godeva di una vista splendida sul lago, attraverso la portafinestra che dava su una grande terrazza a noi riservata. I proprietari sono disponibili e cordiali. Ottima la colazione.

B&B aperto da due anni con 3 camere da letto molto belle, consigliato per coppie, in zona tranquilla a 5 minuti a piedi dal lungolago, colazione dolce e salata a buffet ben curata, possibilità di parcheggio riservato. Matteo e Nikola molto disponibili e simpatici. Ci ritorneremo nella bella stagione per sfruttare anche la piscina.
